Website and account use
You must provide accurate, complete and current information and protect your account and sign-in method. You must not use the site for fraud, unauthorised access, malicious automation, disruption, infringement or unlawful activity. We may restrict suspicious access to protect customers and the service.
Product information
We take reasonable care with materials, dimensions, colours and images. Natural pearls, gemstones, hand-finished surfaces and screen displays can produce small variations; reasonable variations are not defects. Review care, sizing and special notes before purchase.
Prices, payment and acceptance
Prices are shown in HKD. Applicable delivery charges, discounts and other charges are displayed at checkout. Payments and orders are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm acceptance and payment. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing error, lack of stock, fraud risk or an unavailable destination.
Delivery
In-stock items usually arrive within 2–4 Hong Kong business days after confirmation. Checkout and dispatch notices provide the actual estimate. We will reasonably assist with delays caused by incomplete addresses, missed delivery, extreme weather, carriers or events outside our control, but do not guarantee a fixed arrival date. Risk passes on delivery to the address provided.
Returns and refunds
Eligible products may be returned within the period and conditions in our Returns Policy. Hygiene-sensitive, customised, worn, damaged or clearly marked final-sale items may be excluded. Refunds are sent to the original payment method; posting time depends on the bank or payment provider.
Intellectual property
Website text, images, designs, marks, layouts and code belong to AvioBijou or their authorised owners. Except for personal shopping use, they may not be copied, modified, distributed, scraped or commercially used without written permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for service interruptions beyond reasonable control, third-party platform failures or indirect losses. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, death or personal injury, or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and disputes are subject to the Hong Kong courts, without limiting mandatory consumer protection where you live. Updated terms apply to later use and orders unless law requires otherwise.
