Returns & Claims Policy

Custom, private-label and made-to-order jewelry is normally produced to approved specifications and is not eligible for consumer-style returns. Inspection, defect reporting and remedies must follow the written quotation or supply agreement.

Report shipping damage, shortages or suspected manufacturing defects promptly with order details, packaging photos and clear product images. Do not return goods without written authorization.
